The “Application Integrity Controller” (AIC) is a protection add-on for your software application, capable of checking and identifying the integrity of your software and thus allowing its further execution according to the check results. MediaSoft has developed AIC to provide to software developers and publishers the means to guard and monitor the structural scheme of their product and therefore get an additional way of dealing with casual piracy. In specific, when the end-user starts executing the software application, AIC performs a sequence of check-controls and measurements to verify whether the software application has been changed, modified, or interfered.
